About
Brenda Libera Li Quadri
Author, consultant and trainer, yoga teacher. Apulian by birth, a citizen of the world by vocation.
Brenda Libera Li Quadri (1990) was born in San Severo, in Apulia, and built her path across Italy, the United Kingdom, the United States, Spain and Thailand. In over ten years of career she has crossed very different worlds: entertainment, international events, business development, company management, writing and wellbeing. She did it with one constant thread: the desire to discover, and to discover herself, which pushed her to move every time a road stopped resembling her.
The result is a multipotentialite professional, used to working in three languages, in high-pressure settings and alongside the people who make the decisions.

Beginnings and languages
After a first chapter in show business, with Miss Italia and years as a model and event presenter, she chose the path of study. In 2013 she graduated in Linguistic Mediation and Intercultural Communication at the "G. d'Annunzio" University of Pescara.
That is where she sharpened the skill that runs through all her work: getting different people, cultures and languages to talk to each other.

London
In 2014 she moved to London, where she earned a Master's in Events and Conference Management at the University of Westminster. In the same city she began her career with The M&A Advisor: designing and coordinating high-profile international events with more than two hundred guests, managing sponsors and attendee relations, and building the company's digital communication from scratch.

New York
Work took her to New York, where she supported the CEO in strategic communications, in preparing public speeches and in managing international agendas. She learned to move in rooms where decisions are made fast, and to read what goes unsaid.

Back to Italy
Back in Apulia, from 2017 to 2021 she was partner and director of L'Egiziana, the family company's vocational training school. She led the team, the budget, marketing and the teaching programmes. From the other side of the desk she reached the conviction that still guides her work: the way a person feels shapes the way they work.

Madrid
In Madrid she returned to international business. At Acciona Cultura she led the B2B business development of immersive art exhibitions towards Southeast Asia, Northern Europe and the Middle East. At Engel & Völkers Development she was business development manager and personal assistant to the President, between market analysis, executive coordination and process efficiency.

Thailand
In Thailand she taught English as a volunteer in a school inside a temple, north of Bangkok. It was the experience that showed her how valuable it is to stop, listen and be useful. It is also the land where, in 2023, she trained as a yoga teacher.

Yoga
She has practised yoga since 2015. In 2023 she completed her 200-hour teacher training at the Path of Yoga School, recognised by Yoga Alliance. She does not teach it as a doctrine but as a tool: a way to listen to the body before the mind decides on its own. In 2026 she founded her sports association, "State of Yoga".

The book
She has written since she was a child: poems, diaries, colourful notebooks kept in boxes labelled with a red marker. Sooner or later they had to become something.
In December 2025 she published «Infinite volte, meno una», her first novel. It is autofiction: twenty-four hours in the life of Azzurra, a woman who no longer recognises herself in her daily life and who, through memories and flashbacks, finds the strength she thought she had lost. In Spain it is published by Opera Prima, in Italy it is self-published. In 2026 it was presented at the Vetrina per Autori of Casa Sanremo.
The book says something that for her is the heart of everything: practices that don't lead to action remain empty rituals. You can meditate, write and breathe as much as you like. At some point you have to choose.

How she works
Her distinctive trait is listening: the ability to read people and contexts, catch what stays between the lines and turn it into direction. To this she adds the skills built over ten years of international career: team and stakeholder management, intercultural communication, negotiation, planning and time management, public speaking.
With women and men who would like to change something in their lives and have stopped listening to themselves, she works in the 1:1 journeys of The Possibility Path™ — Personal Journey.
With teams, companies and institutions, she creates spaces, programmes and tailored workshops with The Possibility Path™, to guide teams, management, leaders and students in exploring and integrating awareness, in professional and academic settings.
She does not do therapy and does not promise transformations in seven days. She works on feeling, thinking, writing and choosing. And on the time it takes to do so.

Outside work
She loves travelling and keeping her friendships alive with friends and acquaintances all over the world; she is learning to play the guitar, attends a theatre workshop and keeps writing. She studies artificial intelligence and the processes that allow it to be integrated sensibly into professional settings. Curious by nature, she sees every new thing she learns as part of growth and the natural evolution of this precious opportunity that is life.

What I have learned
I have lived many lives. The girl on stage, the student with two suitcases, the events manager, the director, the volunteer, the author, the teacher. I recognise them all and I deny none of them.
What holds them together is simple, and it took me years to see it: you always have the chance to put yourself back at the centre of your life. Not once and for all. Every time you need to.
Infinite times, if necessary.
And you, today, where are you in all this?
The awareness journeys are the most direct way to work together.
