Data collected and purposes
Contact form: name, email, reason and message, to answer your request (legal basis: consent and pre-contractual steps).
Newsletter and the diary The Journey Within: email address and language, to send you the periodic letter and the material you asked for (legal basis: consent).
Workshop form (/unifg page): name, email, where you are in your studies, what weighs on you and what you would like to explore, preferred format and budget, the date by which you want to make your decision, if you wish how clear things are for you from 1 to 10, and whether you want the free call. They are used to send you the promised material, to get back to you and to build the programmes after the workshop (legal basis: consent). Emails about upcoming programmes arrive only if you tick the dedicated box.
Decision day: if you enter a date in the form, on that day you receive a single email asking how it went. It is sent from the date you wrote.
Anonymous workshop measure (/unifg/misura page): a number from 1 to 10 and one word, at the start and at the end of the workshop. I don't ask for your name, email or anything else that identifies you, and I don't record who answers: the answers only show, all together, how clarity changed during the session. The aggregated results are projected in the room.
Bookings: name, email and any phone number and notes you leave when you book a call or a session, to schedule the appointment and send you confirmation and reminders (legal basis: pre-contractual steps).
Site statistics: only if you accept them in the banner, to count page views and events, with no advertising profiling.
Recipients
I do not sell data to anyone. Only the providers I need to work see it, acting as data processors:
Request and contact management service (USA): where I store messages and workshop form answers to reply and get back to you, and the anonymous answers to the workshop measure.
Booking service (EU): manages the calendar of calls and sessions, with confirmations and reminders.
Email delivery service (USA): sends the Journal, confirmations and the decision-day email.
Newsletter service (USA): only if you subscribe or choose it in the form.
Site hosting (USA).
Visit statistics (USA): only if you accept them.
Transfers to the USA take place with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
Retention
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and for a maximum of 24 months. Workshop form answers are kept for 24 months after the workshop, then deleted. Anonymous answers to the workshop measure are kept for 12 months, then deleted.
Bookings are kept for as long as needed to handle the appointment; billing data for paid sessions for the 10 years required by law.
Newsletter subscribers stay on file until they unsubscribe, which takes one click in any email.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to brenda@brendaliquadri.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
