What it is

An individual and shared journey

The Possibility Path — Personal Journey is an individual and shared path that brings together yoga, reflection, writing, meditation and conversation, to help you build a more conscious relationship with yourself and your choices.

Each week starts from a yoga principle and takes it off the mat, into life.

A principle becomes a lens through which to look at what you live, your relationships, the way you choose, your boundaries, your desires and your relationship with yourself.

Brenda by the sea at dusk

Every week: one principle, one question, one space to listen.

Not to become someone else. To start recognising, more clearly, who you already are.

The rhythm

What a week looks like

Each week has one theme and two appointments, in this order. First your 1:1, which you book whenever suits you as long as it is by Thursday. Then the group practice: you all arrive at the same point, and that is where you really feel what you want to work on.

Private

45 minutes

The 1:1 session

Just you and Brenda, on the theme of the week. This is where the path becomes yours: what you bring decides where we go.

  • You book it yourself from the calendar, online or in person in San Severo: the only rule is to do it by Thursday
  • The week's principle applied to your real life
  • The exercises to carry until the next meeting

In the group

TO CONFIRM

The group practice

A yoga practice on the same theme, with everyone who started when you did. The body does what words alone don't.

  • You arrive after your 1:1: everyone at the same point, on the same principle
  • The same principle of the week, brought into the body
  • No level required: the practice adapts to you, not the other way round

The programme

The six weeks

Each week turns on one principle of yoga — four yamas and two niyamas — and on one precise aim. No week starts from scratch: each one begins with what you found in the one before.

Weeks 1 – 4

Reset & Reconnect

Four weeks to see the patterns, tell the truth about where you are, and reopen the space you had closed.

  1. 01AhimsaLove, and no violence towards yourself
  2. 02SatyaTruth, told first of all to yourself
  3. 03AsteyaOpenness and abundance
  4. 04AparigrahaNon-attachment

Weeks 5 – 6

Integration & Growth

What you have seen becomes daily practice. Two weeks to check that it holds outside the sessions, and to leave you the tools that stay once the path ends.

  1. 05SantosaThe contentment that doesn't depend on the outside
  2. 06TapasThe fire that keeps the change alight

You won't find a figure here: the two formats cost differently and I'd rather understand which one makes sense for you first. Write to me and I'll send you the full investment, instalments included — no mandatory discovery call.

Frequently asked questions

  • I don't have time.

The path asks for a 45-minute session and one practice a week, for six weeks. That's less than the time you're already losing by putting things off.

  • Six weeks isn't long enough.

It isn't, if you expect me to change you. It is, if you also work between the meetings: that's where nearly everything happens.

  • I've never done yoga.

You don't need to have. The practices adapt to whoever is there, there's no level to reach, and nobody is watching anyone else.

  • I don't feel up to being in a group.

Then take the 1:1 only format. The group doesn't ask you to tell your story: it asks you to practise at the same time, on the same theme.

  • How much does it cost?

I'll tell you as soon as you write, instalments included. I don't put the figure here because there are two formats and I want to understand which one makes sense for you first.

  • Are the sessions online or in person?

The private ones are both: online from any time zone, in person in San Severo (FG). The format of the group practices is TO CONFIRM.

  • How often do we meet?

Twice a week for six weeks: one private session and one group practice.

  • How many people are in the group?

    TO CONFIRM.

  • Do I have to do the group practices?

No. There is a 1:1 only format, with the same six-week programme and no group appointments.

  • Which languages do you work in?

    Italian, English and Spanish.

  • Is this psychotherapy?

No. It is work on awareness and direction, and it does not replace clinical care.

  • Can I cancel a session?

The private session, yes: with 24 hours' notice we move it at no cost. The group practice follows the edition's calendar, but if you miss one the theme still comes up in your private session.
