Yoga

Slow, attentive practice, no performance. The body before words.

Bright yoga room with a wooden floor and an unrolled mat

I teach hatha and slow vinyasa: simple sequences, held long enough for you to notice what is happening inside. No competition, no mirrors.

If you have never practised, this is the right place to start. If you have practised for years, here we slow down.

How to start

  1. Write me telling me which day you prefer.
  2. I'll confirm your spot and send you the link or the address.
  3. You arrive ten minutes early, in comfortable clothes. We'll take care of the rest together.

No experience needed

You don't need to touch your toes, you don't need to be flexible, you don't need to know Sanskrit. You only need to show up.

Private sessions in London

A few times a year I teach 1:1 and small-group sessions in London — usually one or two weeks a month. Dates aren't fixed yet: if you'd like to be among the first to know, leave your details below.

The next step

Try a class. If you then want to go deeper, there's the 1:1 journey.
